Four bakeries had enough on the public record for us to stand behind them, and none has an address in Tottenham. Two are in West Footscray, one is in Yarraville and one is in Seddon, so this is a page for the streets around Tottenham, not inside it.
Everything below comes from menus and listed hours, plus a note on which bakery names the roaster behind its coffee. We could read prices for the first two only. The two Alfa Bakehouse branches link their menus as PDFs we could not open, so we print no prices for them. Sweet or savoury, pick a lane, and check the hours before you go for brekkie.

Inner West Swedish Baker — 549A Barkly Street, West Footscray VIC 3012
The bakery’s own site lists its hours as “Tue–Sun, 7am–2pm” and says “Coffee by local Frederick’s Coffee, a Melbourne based speciality coffee roastery and full range of organic and plant-based milks.” Sweet or savoury is a short fork here: the Kanelbullar (Cardamom & Cinnamon Scroll) is $7.50 and the Chunky Beef & Guinness Pie is $9.50. The site also says “Our range also includes vegetarian and vegan products”, and the Mushroom Miso Sausage Roll (Vegan) is $9.00. The Sourdough Baguette is $6.00 and its menu line says it is only available on weekends.

Cupcakes by Paolo — 28C Ashley Street, West Footscray VIC 3012
Cupcakes by Paolo’s site recommends pre-orders: “To avoid disappointment we recommend you place your orders 7 days in advance (subject to availability).” It also says cupcakes can be bought at the West Footscray store, with limited stock and flavours. The site gives different trading days in different places, so we print none; check with the shop before you go. The shop page lists Classic Vanilla at $4.00 and Aromatic Mocha as “$4.00 – $47.00”.

Alfa Bakehouse (Yarraville) — 42 Anderson Street, Yarraville VIC 3013
Alfa Bakehouse’s own site lists the Yarraville branch with the hours “Weekdays 6am – 4pm Weekends 7am – 4pm”, and its heading reads “Brunch, Coffee & Baked Goods”. OpenStreetMap tags the place with internet access and outdoor seating, which are survey tags rather than the bakery’s own statements, and the Australian Good Food Guide tags it “Vegan Options”. The menus are linked as PDFs we could not open, so we print no prices.
Go for: the site’s own line, “Brunch, Coffee & Baked Goods”, since we could not open the menu PDFs to name a dish.
Alfa Bakehouse (Seddon) — 97 Victoria Street, Seddon VIC 3011
The Seddon branch is listed on the same locations page with the hours “Weekdays 6am – 3pm Weekends 7am – 3pm”. The Australian Good Food Guide tags it “Breakfast”, “Free Wifi” and “Pet Friendly”; those are listing features, not statements on the bakery’s own site. The menus are PDFs we could not open, so there are no prices here either.
Go for: an early start, since the site lists weekday hours from 6am, with no menu we could read to name a dish.
