This page is short on purpose. One Thai restaurant in Truganina had enough on the public record for us to stand behind it: Inspire Thai, on Leakes Road. Its own website and the Australian Good Food Guide (AGFG) both give the address, and the website prints the hours and a preview of the entree menu.
Thai menus usually open with a run of small fried or grilled starters, so that is what the preview below covers. Each starter gets a one-line decoder so a first-timer knows what is coming before the plate lands.
