Sweet or savoury, early or late: this page covers five all-day breakfast and brunch cafes in and around Viewbank. Two are in Rosanna, and the others are in Montmorency, Heidelberg and Macleod. None is inside Viewbank itself.
Each was checked against its own site or listing and OpenStreetMap. Where a cafe names its coffee roaster in public, we say which. Where it does not, we say we could not find one.
Menu prices are copied as printed, and each cafe’s hours are credited to the page they came from. Some sites list two sets of hours, so those are hedged.

Petite Fille Cafe — 2 Station Rd, Rosanna VIC 3084
Petite Fille’s menu says All Day Breakfast, with the kitchen closing at 2:00, and its site lists weekdays from 7:30 AM and weekends from 8 AM. Savoury: Eggs Your Way on Ciabatta at $13. Sweet: French Toast at $21. We could not find a roaster named on the pages we read.

Miss Marie Cafe — 45 Beetham Parade, Rosanna VIC 3084
Miss Marie’s site names quality Five Senses coffee and talks up dishes for breakfast, brunch or lunch. AGFG lists hours from 7:00 AM on weekdays and 8:00 AM on weekends, closing at 2:30 PM. Its online ordering page prints the Egg And Bacon Pide at A$11.99 and the Miss Benedict at A$23.90, and those may differ from in-store prices. Sweet tooth: the site also mentions cakes and sweet treats.

Stones Throw’s site calls itself The Home of Great Coffee and names an Allpress A.R.T. Espresso Roast with a custom grind. The menu is headed All Day Dining and prints Noisette Toast at $9. The site lists Monday to Friday 6.30am to 3.30pm, Saturday 7.30am to 2.30pm and Sunday closed. It is in Montmorency, not Viewbank.

The Alleyway — 138 Burgundy Street, Heidelberg VIC 3084
The Alleyway’s own site calls it Melbourne’s secret brunch spot. It lists Monday to Saturday 7am to 4pm with the kitchen closing at 3pm, and Sunday 8am to 4pm. A lower section of the same page gives different kitchen times, so confirm before you go. Its menu pages are images, so we could not read prices. The site takes bookings only for larger groups.
Roaster: None named on the pages we read, so we cannot say.
Touchstone Cafe — 1/30 Aberdeen Road, Macleod VIC 3085
Touchstone’s home page lists open weekdays 7AM to 3PM and weekends 8am to 3pm. Its menu page shows a different hours line, so confirm before you go. The site also lists dinner 5pm to 9pm from Thursday to Saturday. We could not read prices, and we could not find a roaster named.
Go for: A weekday start from 7AM per the home page, then confirm the hours.
