This is a short page, and it is short on purpose. Four places in Werribee made it: one council library and three cafes, all on or near Watton Street and Wedge Street South.
The question is where you can plug in and work. Here is the honest count: one place, the library, is listed with free wifi, and that listing is on OpenStreetMap. None of the three cafes publishes a wifi or laptop policy that we could find, so we list them as daytime options and make no promise about power or connection.
Each place was checked against two sources, such as council pages, OpenStreetMap and the Australian Good Food Guide. Ring ahead before you carry a laptop anywhere.

This is the only place on the page with a wifi listing. OpenStreetMap tags the library with internet access and no fee, so it is listed with free wifi on OpenStreetMap, though the council page does not mention wifi. The council prints the address as 1 Wedge Street South.
The council lists Monday to Wednesday 10:00am to 6:00pm, Thursday 10:00am to 8:00pm, Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm, closed Sunday. It also says all libraries are closed on public holidays.

Chatterbox Cafe — 63 Watton Street, Werribee VIC 3030
Chatterbox Cafe is a listing-only entry for us. OpenStreetMap and the Australian Good Food Guide both place it at 63 Watton Street, and AGFG tags it for breakfast, takeaway, child friendly and alfresco dining.
We could not read a menu or a wifi statement, and the two listings give different hours, so we print none. Treat it as a daytime coffee stop and confirm it is open before you head over.

Lokal Cafe 3030 — 43 Watton Street, Werribee VIC 3030
Lokal Cafe 3030 sits at 43 Watton Street according to OpenStreetMap and AGFG, and AGFG tags it for breakfast, takeaway and child friendly. That is as far as the evidence goes.
The Facebook link attached to its listing carries a different cafe name, which suggests a former name, so confirm the current name before you go. We found no menu, no hours and no wifi statement.
Commute: It is a Watton Street address in Werribee, so check your route from the station or car park yourself, because we have no published laptop policy to weigh against the trip.
Black Seed Cafe — 133 Watton Street, Werribee VIC 3030
Black Seed Cafe is at 133 Watton Street. Its Facebook page, when we read it, said it serves its Signature Blackseed Blend, and breakfast and lunch Tuesday to Sunday. That is the only day pattern we could source, and we found no opening times.
AGFG ticks vegan options, child friendly and takeaway for it. Those are AGFG feature ticks, not the cafe’s own wording, and none of them says anything about wifi.
