Three cafes passed our checks, two in West Footscray and one in Kingsville, so the frame is in and around. Only Dumbo carries a Free Wifi listing, from AGFG. That is a listing tag, not a laptop policy, and this page states no laptop policy for any of the three.
We checked each against its own website and either AGFG or OpenStreetMap. Prices are printed for Dumbo only, copied from its menu. For the other two, use the hours and details below, then check with the cafe.
