Correction (2 October 2026): an earlier version of this page listed coffee shops and details we could not stand behind. It has been rewritten, and every place below was checked against its own current information.
Inside Williams Landing, one cafe gives us a coffee menu we can quote: The Jolly Miller, in the shopping centre on Overton Road. Daniel’s Donuts is also listed in the suburb, but the only coffee price we found for it sits on a delivery app, so it gets a mention and no price. The rest of this list is a short drive away in Point Cook, Laverton and Altona Meadows. Each entry is built from what the venue publishes: hours, a roaster if it names one, and a price. Pick a lane, flat white or long black.

The Jolly Miller Cafe — Shop T09, Williams Landing Shopping Centre, 100 Overton Road, Williams Landing VIC 3027
Roaster: not named on the menu PDF we read, which lists a “House Coffee Blend” described as a blend of Arabica beans with dark cocoa.
Hours: breakfast and brunch run Monday to Friday 6am to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm, so this is the early start in the suburb.
The espresso milk coffees all sit on one line at one price: latte, cappuccino, flat white, piccolo, magic, long black, short macchiato and long macchiato are $5.50. A magic, for the record, is the Melbourne double ristretto with milk. A strong one is $0.50 extra and milk alternatives (almond, coconut, lactose free, oat, soy or tiger nut) are $1 extra. The menu also states a 10% weekend surcharge and a 15% public holiday surcharge.
The order: a flat white, $5.50.

Cheeky Chewies Cafe — 18A Aviation Road, Laverton VIC 3028
Roaster: not named on the pages we read.
A cafe and restaurant, by its own description, whose hot drinks menu lists a latte at $4.80, the lowest espresso-coffee price we captured on this list. It opens Monday to Friday 7am to 8.30pm and Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 8am to 8.30pm, and its menu runs a breakfast till 2pm and a range of bubble tea. Its own site shows the street number as both 18 and 18a on different pages, and we have used 18A.
The order: a latte, $4.80.
The Coffee Club — Shop 217, 4 Main Street, Point Cook VIC 3030
Roaster: not stated; we did not capture a menu or prices.
The Coffee Club’s page on the Stockland Point Cook website lists Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday 8:00am to 5:30pm and Sunday 8:00am to 5:00pm, and calls the chain “dedicated to providing good food, great service and excellent coffee”. That is the brand’s own line, not a verdict. OpenStreetMap tags it for takeaway.
The order: not captured.
Babycino on Main — Stockland Point Cook, Main Street, Point Cook VIC 3030
Roaster: not stated; no menu or prices captured.
Open seven days a week, 7:00am to 4:00pm every day, per Stockland’s page. The same page calls it a “boutique café specialising in fresh ingredients with our focus being on clean eating and quality coffee”.
The order: not captured.
Espresso Allegro — Shop 38, Central Square Shopping Centre, 1-23 Central Avenue, Altona Meadows VIC 3028
The Central Square directory lists it at Shop 38, and OpenStreetMap tags it as a cafe. We found no hours, menu, roaster or prices for it, so we say nothing about its coffee.
The order: not captured.
Also in Williams Landing, without a price
Daniel’s Donuts is named on Cedar Woods’ Williams Landing dining page as “your local destination for indulgent, freshly made donuts and sweet treats”, and Only Melbourne’s profile of the brand lists “Donuts, pies, coffees, milkshakes & more”. Its DoorDash page and Only Melbourne’s listing both place it at 73 Sayers Road, Williams Landing, and Only Melbourne labels the location “Williams Landing (BP)”. We found no page for this shop on the brand’s own site, and the only coffee price we saw is on that delivery page, so we have not printed it: delivery prices can run above counter prices.
Go for: a flat white or a magic at The Jolly Miller, $5.50, the only Williams Landing coffee price we could verify from a cafe’s own menu.

How we checked
On 2 October 2026 we read The Jolly Miller’s own menu PDF and Cheeky Chewies’ own hot drinks menu and copied the prices as printed; The Jolly Miller prints bare numbers, which we have written as dollars. Hours for The Coffee Club and Babycino on Main come from Stockland’s store pages, and each address was confirmed at a second source: AGFG, OpenStreetMap or the landlord’s directory. A roaster counts only when the cafe names it, and none of these did on the pages we read. We found no coffee prices on the Stockland pages, and none for Espresso Allegro. Delivery-app prices were not used. The photos are illustrative, from Unsplash: they show coffee beans, not the cafes.
