Two Italian places had enough on the public record for us to stand behind them: Landing Point in Williams Landing, and Il Corso Pizzeria & Restaurant in Laverton. That is the whole list, and we would rather say so than pad it with places we could not check.
A pizza or pasta menu states something even when it is brief: where the style and the oven are given, they appear in the venue’s own wording. This page quotes what each place says about itself and notes takeaway and hours as published. We have not printed menu prices for either place, so check with the venue for current prices.

Landing Point (Williams Landing) — Shop 2/101 Overton Road, Williams Landing VIC 3027
Landing Point’s own site describes “Italian inspired cuisine including wood-fired pizza, pasta, steak, and burgers”, and lists its hours as 9:00am - 10:00pm Monday to Thursday and Sunday, and 9:00am - 11:00pm Friday and Saturday. A wood-fired oven is heated by burning wood and runs far hotter than a home oven, but the site does not say which pizza style it makes. The site says it is “Available for Dine-in, Pick Up, and Delivery!” and carries an “Order Halal Menu” link.
The style: Italian-inspired, by its own description, which puts pizza, pasta, steak and burgers on one menu.
Il Corso Pizzeria & Restaurant (Laverton) — Unit 3/161 Railway Avenue, Laverton VIC 3028
This one rests on thinner evidence, so treat it as a lead. The Australian Good Food Guide lists “Italian Unit 3/161 Railway Ave, Laverton”, and OpenStreetMap tags it cuisine pizza and italian with opening hours of Monday off and Tuesday to Sunday from 17:00. We have not read its menu for this page, so we print no prices or takeaway details here.
