Only one Thai restaurant made it through our checks, and it is in Laverton, not Williams Landing: Fresh Chilli Thai Restaurant. So this page is short and honest. It lists that one Thai kitchen, then two other places near Williams Landing that you might be searching for when Thai is not on offer: Saigon Corner in Williams Landing and Nyonya House in Laverton.
A quick decoder for the Thai menu below: Pad Thai is stir-fried rice noodles, Pad See Ewe is wide rice noodles stir-fried in soy sauce, and Kao Pad is Thai fried rice. Where we could read a price on the venue’s own page it is printed under that venue; where we could not, we say so.

Saigon Corner — Shop 16, 100 Overton Road, Williams Landing VIC 3027
The HomeCo. Williams Landing centre page says Saigon Corner serves “traditional Vietnamese food like the heart-warming pho, tasty pork combination on rice, freshly made rice paper rolls, crunchy Vietnamese baguettes”. Cedar Woods lists it for “hearty Pho and noodle dishes to rice paper rolls and traditional Banh Mi”. We found no website of its own, and the only prices we could find were on a delivery platform, which we have not used, so this page prints none.
Decoder: pho is a Vietnamese noodle soup, and a banh mi is a Vietnamese baguette filled with meat and pickled vegetables.
Fresh Chilli Thai Restaurant (Laverton) — 1/1-5 Aviation Road, Laverton VIC 3028
Its own site is headed “Fresh Chilli THAI RESTAURANT” and says “TRADING HOURS - MONDAY TO SUNDAY Dinner open from 4:30 pm”, which matches OpenStreetMap’s opening hours of Mo-Su 16:30+. The site also says “FULLY LICENSED & BYO (Wine and Beer only)”. The prices below are from page 1 of its takeaway menu PDF, whose footer is dated 05/26; the PDF is an image, so we transcribed those prices rather than copying text.

Nyonya House (Laverton) — 1A Triholm Avenue, Laverton VIC 3028
Nyonya House’s own site lists opening hours of “Mon: Closed Tue – Sun: 10am to 8:30pm”, describes “Breakfast All day dining”, and says “We can accommodate 90 people indoor and 30 people in our alfresco dining.” It also says it is “fully licenced and BYO wine only”. Its noodles and dishes pages give the prices below; where a dish offers a choice of protein, we have printed only the unambiguous pairs.

On page 1 of its takeaway menu PDF, Pad Thai and Pad See Ewe with vegetable and mushroom are $18.90 each, and Kao Pad fried rice is $19.90 with chicken, pork or beef and $21.90 with prawns. We read only that first page, so it is not the full menu.
