This is a thin page, and it is better to say so. Two cafes passed our checks for coffee stops in and around Wyndham Vale, and both sit on Watton Street in Werribee, the suburb next door.
They are Tuckers and Wolf on Watton. Each was matched against OpenStreetMap and its own website. This page prints no roaster or coffee menu for either place, so check their sites before you plan around a particular brew.

Tuckers is at 92 Watton Street, and its site lists Monday to Friday as 6:30AM to 2:30PM and Saturday and Sunday as 7:30AM to 3:00PM. The OpenStreetMap tag lists 07:00 to 16:00 on weekdays and 07:30 to 15:30 on weekends, so the two sources differ and a quick check pays off.
